Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using ApnaParlour, both as a customer booking an appointment and as a parlour owner listing your business.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ApnaParlour ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What ApnaParlour is

ApnaParlour is an online directory and booking platform that connects customers with beauty parlours and salons. We are not a salon ourselves and we do not provide beauty services. All services are provided by independent parlours listed on the platform.

3. Customer responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to: • Provide accurate contact information when making a booking. • Show up at the agreed time, or cancel in advance if you cannot. • Pay the parlour directly for services rendered. • Treat parlour staff with respect. Repeated no-shows or misuse may result in your number being blocked from future bookings.

4. Parlour owner responsibilities

As a parlour owner or representative, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about your parlour, services, prices, and availability. • Honour confirmed bookings and serve customers at the agreed time. • Notify customers promptly if you cannot honour a booking. • Maintain the hygiene and quality standards implied by your listing. • Comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and regulations for operating a beauty business in India.

5. Bookings and confirmation

When a customer submits a booking on ApnaParlour, it is sent to the parlour for confirmation. Until the parlour confirms, the booking is "pending" and may expire after a set time. A booking is only finalised once the parlour confirms it.

6. Fees and payments

ApnaParlour is currently free for both customers and parlours during our launch period. Customers pay the parlour directly for services rendered. ApnaParlour does not process payments, hold deposits, or handle refunds. Any disputes about payment are between the customer and the parlour.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by individual parlours. If you need to cancel a booking, use the booking reference page or contact the parlour directly. No-show policies are at the parlour's discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

ApnaParlour acts as a platform connecting customers and parlours. We are not responsible for: • The quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by parlours. • Injuries, damages, or losses arising from services. • Disputes between customers and parlours. • Parlour cancellations, rescheduling, or unavailability. Use of the platform and any services booked through it is at your own risk.

9. Content and data

You are responsible for any content you submit (parlour descriptions, service details, photos). By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant ApnaParlour a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing or account that violates these terms, provides false information, or harms the experience of other users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
